The Opportunity
We are looking for a full time product specialists to join our Sales Department immediately. Reporting to our Sales Managers, the product specialist would join our existing sales team of sales professionals. The successful incumbent(s) must be available to work flexible hours to meet the needs of our business; this would include evenings and weekends (Saturdays).
We are interested in candidates who have a love for selling and truly enjoy the interaction with our clientele and putting them first in everything they do while consistently exceeding customer expectations with their sales approach & ability to build relationships and rapport.
You are self-motivated, goal oriented and able to take direction and positive feedback to ensure a smooth and client friendly transaction.
You pride yourself on being a product knowledge specialist/expert who can sell the true value of the vehicle and the dealership and can easily tailor their selling approach based on the clientele You have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate and answer customers questions & concerns
You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art facility, with a large inventory of new & certified pre-owned vehicles, and you’ll be representing one of the industry’s best product lines in Canada’s fastest growing community.
Top notch commission plan including a company demo or vehicle allowance, as well as health & dental benefit plan.
Possess a valid OMVIC license and valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract
